One of the items you can customize is your wand. When you first start out, you get to customize your wand's look, color, and feel. The wand will have different cores, woods, and flexibilities. However, even after you pick a wand, you can still add some customizations to it in the form of wand handles.
What Are Wand Handles?
Wand handles are small handles that go over the bottom of your wand. They come in many different shapes, colors, and styles. While these handles help you customize your wand to fit your aesthetic, they don't offer bonuses. All they do is change the appearance of your wand. This allows you to change your wand without ever needing to get a new one. (Which, unfortunately, you never get the opportunity to change your physical wand.)
You are able to go without ever quipping a wand handle. However, if you want to add your own style to your wand, there are plenty of handles to pick from. Some only change the style and color of the wand subtlety, while others make large changes.
Where Can You Find Wand Handles?
Wand handles are considered to be a piece of gear, and they can be found the same way all other gear is found — mainly in chests. Make sure you're using Revelio while traveling to ensure you don't miss a chest where a wand handle may be hiding.
There are 42 different wand handles scattered across the map you can come across.
How Do You Equip Wand Handles?
Wand handles can be found in the gear section of your game menu. In the middle of the left-hand side of the menu, you'll see the option to equip a wand handle. Once you select that option, all the wand handles you own can be found. You're able to select whichever handle you want, and see how it looks on your wand.
