One of the major plot points in Hogwarts Legacy is the current goblin rebellion being led by Ranrok and his loyalists. These goblins are rebelling against the wizarding world and see all others than goblin-kind as their enemies. With that, much of the main story revolves around dealing with this rebellion, with you coming face to face with many goblins in your travels outside Hogwarts.
This quest is found early on in the settlement of Lower Hogsfield. His loyalists are now targeting another goblin who didn't side with Ranrok and after having his cart stolen, has requested the player's assistance with freeing his carts.
Beginning Carted Away
This quest is found early in your travels and can be started after your first visit to Lower Hogsfield. The recommended level for this quest is level two, with the goblins scaling in level should you be a bit stronger. Arn the goblin will inform you that his carts are enchanted to return to him but for some reason, have yet to come back after being stolen by Ranrok's loyalists. He will give you the location of a nearby camp where the carts are being kept. The camp is a decent distance south but is a very short trip if you've unlocked your broom.
Clearing The Camp & Freeing The Carts
After arriving, you'll see a decently sized camp with many enemies within to fight. Depending on your level when attempting this quest, a head-on assault may be a bit difficult with only a limited arsenal of spells. A stealth approach may be difficult due to the wide-open nature of the camp, but quietly taking out a few enemies before the chaos ensues is always a welcome bonus.
Be sure to bring a few purple and yellow colored spells, as a few of the stronger goblins will be able to use shields, making this a more complex battle. There will also be many boxes or other smaller objects that can be thrown with your ancient magic and is an easy way to deal great damage or to get around a shield without having to cast a specific spell. After clearing out the camp, cast Revelio in a few different areas to find a few of the chests hidden around the camp. Head along the back end of the camp from where you entered to find a gate with some carts behind it. Opening the gate will free the carts to head back to Arn, with you now needing to return to him for your reward.
After freeing the carts, you won't need to wait and can immediately return to Arn to complete the quest. Completing this quest will reward players with a unique helmet, along with another bonus reward for the next time they visit Lower Hogsfield. Arn will now become a general merchant that players can buy and sell goods from once his carts have returned, and he's back up and running.
