Outside the walls of Hogwarts is a massive open world for players to explore. Spread around the world are settlements with shops and side quests for players to complete to help out the citizens of the wizarding world. These side quests can reward players with galleons, gear, or cosmetic options to further customize their witch or wizard.

To the south of Hogwarts is the Feldcroft region, with a few settlements beyond it. This quest requires players to head to a nearby ruin and try to solve the mystery of the statute. While obtaining the usual rewards, this quest will also reward players with another battle arena to compete in.

Beginning The Quest And Locating The Statute

To begin this quest, head to Irondale east of Feldcroft. While walking through town, you'll overhear Althea Twiddle talking to herself about a statue in the nearby ruins. She will task the player with solving the puzzle of the statue and mark its location on your map. The ruins are located very close to Irondale, and players can quickly fly southwest to get there quickly.

Solving The Mystery And The Battle Arena

After arriving at the statue in the middle of the ruins, there will be a count in the upper section of your screen. This will indicate that there are 20 vases nearby, each needing to be destroyed. Casting Revelio will highlight each vase on your screen and can be incredibly useful to use when running along the perimeter of the ruins looking for the vases. Most of the vases can be seen from the statue; simply run around the statue looking at the walls of the ruins, using your basic attack to destroy each vase. After destroying all of the inside vases, run along the outside of the ruins to find the remaining vases, mainly along the ground outside the walls. Some vases will also be on top or among the walls, so be sure to check high and low but all along the walls of the ruin.

After destroying all 20 of the vases, the statue will turn into a battle arena in which the player can compete, but this is not required to complete the quest. The battle arena contains five fights, each with more enemies than the last, and will award the player with cosmetic items upon completing all five rounds. All Battle arenas operate almost the same but offer different rewards, making this one a worthwhile challenge for those looking to change their style. This battle arena also differs from the Dark Arts arena for those with access, as you're not given any new spells for these fights. After destroying the vases, return to Althea Twiddle, inform her you have solved the mystery of the statue, and claim your reward.
