What Happened Previously On Horimiya?

Sengoku stumbled upon Yanagi and Ishikawa in the school corridor and misinterpreted Ishikawa's search for a contact lens as he stood near Yanagi. Hori, eager to talk to Yanagi, grappled with shyness. Later, Yanagi departed, and Remi appeared before Hori and Miyamura and inquired about Yanagi. Miyamura mentioned the unusually delayed bus and suggested Yanagi wait at the stop. Remi headed there, aiming to engage Yanagi, with Hori following suit.

Miyamura surprised everyone with hot chocolate and cookies, while Yanagi felt elated to spend time with pals. During class, he battled drowsiness and admitted his struggle to get up early in the morning. Miyamura offered to wake him up, and the next day, alarms failed, but Sengoku's message rescued him. Yanagi appreciated their efforts but declined further help. He confided in Sengoku about his politeness toward non-friends.

As Sengoku's mood darkened after hearing this, Ishikawa and Shuu attempted to uplift him, but to no avail. Ishikawa and Sengoku stumbled upon Yanagi and Shuu playing nearby, and Sengoku yearned for a more relaxed bond with Yanagi, yet Ishikawa's aid fell short. Soon, Miyamura joined the scene, followed by Shuu and Yanagi, ultimately engaging in a casual chat.
