The upcoming chapter is titled "The Rise of Toshinori Yagi," and the chapter opens with a young Toshinori expressing his desire to become Nana's apprentice. In the present, a new tool from All Might's car injects strong acid into AFO, causing damage, and All Might teases All For One about his situation. Flashing back, Toshinori asks Nana to accept him despite his lack of Quirk. She declines, explaining he could only protect a small area due to being Quirkless.
Toshinori reveals his goal isn't revenge but to end the cycle of crime and sorrow. Nana is surprised, and he explains he wants to be a symbol of peace. He believes that rebuilding after destruction won't help if people still live in fear. She asks why he'd do this without powers, and he replies that he'll fill the role others can't.
A pivotal moment occurs when All Might and All For One clash at Tatooin station, mirroring the first chapter. After a fierce battle, All Might is injured on top of the building where Deku once asked to be a hero.
