If we contemplate the announcement made for the fourth season of Demon Slayer, the creators only confirmed the adaptation of the Hashira Training Arc, which runs only for nine chapters. However, the fans were quite sure that Ufotable would adapt both Hashira Training Arc and Infinity Castle Arc in the upcoming season, given the less content available in the former Arc. But the announcement bewildered the fans, and now, with the leaks hinting at what creators have in mind, the picture for the future of the series seems clear.

The Hashira Training Arc, which is likely coming in 2024, will only last a few episodes, and then the franchise will start wholeheartedly pursuing what's regarded as the most epic arc of the series in the form of several movies. There were additional leaks that suggested that the movie may be released in three parts. The exact strategy for releasing these movies is still unknown.

Demon Slayer has a history of transforming its arcs into cinematic experiences, a trend we've seen before with the Mugen Train Arc. This captivating arc graced our screens as a movie in October 2020, later turning into an episodic series. The precedent suggests a similar trajectory for the Infinity Castle Arc, indicating that fans can expect the same thrilling transition, although on a larger scale.

Fans firmly believe this will be the most legendary Demon Slayer arc and have full faith in Ufotable.
