Arcane Tower is home to some of the greatest treasures and weapons, and you won't get to know about any of them until you manage to make the tower's elevator work. Activating the elevator requires you to make your way to the lowest floor in the tower, and this guide will tell you how.

Collect Sussur Bloom

In order to activate the elevator, you must have at least one Sussur Bloom in your inventory. Also, keep in mind that you need to have a lockpicking tool. We suggest you ungroup all your characters and select one that has a higher jumping range.

As you enter from the main gate of the tower area, there are two arcane turrets that will be shooting at you whenever you stand in their range. You can make your way to the main gate of the tower by hiding behind rocks and cliffs, but the path to the Sussur Bloom and Power Generator is somewhere along the way.

Just before you reach the tower's gate, there is an arcane turret between two staircases. Behind this guardian, there is a big mushroom. If your character's jumping ability is good enough, you can jump from the edge of the floor onto the mushroom.

Now, you need to follow the path shown in the images above until you reach the mushrooms grown next to the tower, and then you can jump onto the ground. You can now see a blue-ish tree, at the foot of which two Sussur Blooms have grown. Pick up both blooms.

Activate The Power Generator

Now, if you look back, there is a small door that leads to the maintenance area of the tower, where the Power Generator is located. You either need to use a lockpicking tool to open the door, or you need to break it. However, the door is sturdy, which means you need to use an attack with at least 10 hitpoints damage dealt. We suggest you create a manual save here so that if your lockpick didn't succeed, you would be able to try again.

Once you open the door, head inside and interact with the giant Power Generator. Open your inventory, then drag and drop the Sussur Bloom into the empty space. Now, hit "Combine," and the elevator will be activated. If you go upstairs, you will be able to get on the elevator and move up. It's worth noting that activating the elevator disables all arcane turrets, which makes it easy for the rest of the crew to come inside the tower from the main gate.
