Lilith Holds Worldstone Shard

As of now, most of the Diablo 4 issues are pertaining to the servers or actually just logging into your account. Since Diablo is an online-only game, we are all at the mercy of the Blizzard servers and the team behind them.

The cause of each issue can vary, but they all share the common theme of preventing you from playing the game. Although not all solutions are one-size-fits-all, here are some things you can try to solve each issue.

Diablo 4 Login Issues And Solutions

Diablo 4 Emote

Here are all the current widespread issues people are experiencing with Diablo 4. If you have tried these suggested solutions, we recommend logging a ticket directly with Blizzard. You can also check Blizzard’s official Twitter for frequent reports of issues and updates.

Unable To Find Valid License - Error Code 315306

This issue is most commonly experienced by Playstation users. To resolve it, you’ll need to make sure the Battlenet account you’ve connected shares the same email as your PSN account.

To confirm you purchased it under the correct account, you’ll need to log in to your Battlenet account and check the Games And Subscriptions page for Diablo 4. If the issue is still persisting, you may need to completely close out of the game and update it as older versions have been known to trigger this particular issue.

Account Is Currently Locked - Error Code 395002

Similar to the issue with finding a valid license, this one typically comes up when you are running an outdated version of the game. This can also occur due to server issues, typically if the servers are strained by high traffic. The quickest fix is to close the game and check for an update. If that doesn’t work, you might need to wait a bit for the server issues to be resolved.

Diablo 4 Connection Issues

If you are experiencing significant lagging, high latency, or frequently getting disconnected, you are not alone. Before you contact Blizzard, first try resetting your network to see if there is a change. You can also try disconnecting any other devices on the network to free up your internet bandwidth. If you are playing on a PC, you should also try updating your drivers and your operating system.

Long Or Never Ending Queue Time

Typically, if you are experiencing this issue it is because the servers are undergoing maintenance. This will happen frequently in the first couple of weeks that a game is out. Most of the time, Blizzard will also include a message of some kind on the login screen to indicate server maintenance.

If you are experiencing a long queue time, the first thing you should do is wait. Oftentimes, the queue will continue to update as you wait, and what started as an hour queue time can quickly update to a few minutes as the queue catches up. If it seems to not be improving after waiting for 10 minutes or so, then you can also try completely logging out, closing the game, and logging in again. This will often fix it, but there are times when you may need to wait a while for the servers to be updated.
