Resetting Dungeons

Leave Dungeon

In Diablo 4 beta, resetting the dungeons used to be a feature that players could rely on. However, since then, this feature has been removed. Previously, players were able to reset the dungeon with ease by simply opening up the journal while inside. But with this feature no longer in play, players are now forced to leave the dungeon in order to reset it. There are two ways to leave the dungeon. The first option is to make your way to the entry point and leave from there. Alternatively, you can use the Leave Dungeon option found in the emote wheel. Once you've successfully left the dungeon, wait for around 60 seconds before attempting to re-enter it.

If you happen to be playing online with a friend or in a group, there is a simple and effective way to reset a particular dungeon – by leaving and rejoining the party. Simply navigate to the Social menu and have the lead player in the party select "Leave Party". This will automatically exit the dungeon and reset it to its original state. Once the dungeon has been reset, the lead player can re-enter. Other players can then rejoin the same leader's party, placing them in the new instance of the dungeon that has been fully reset. Following this method ensures a quick and seamless resetting of the dungeon, allowing you to continue your online adventures hassle-free.
