These special class mechanics help to make each of these classes feel truly unique and give a different way to experience the game. It is recommended once you have beaten the campaign and capstone dungeons with one class, try out every class until you have one of each.

What Is The Druid’s Specialization?

The druid’s unique class mechanic is Spirit Boons. This will allow you to gain passive bonuses from your chosen Spirit. There are four of these spirits to choose from, and each of them offers different bonuses. The spirits you can choose from are the Deer, Eagle, Snake, and Wolf. Spirit Booms come in several tiers, each tier demanding a higher offering from the user. These increments are in stages of 25, with Tier 1 starting at 25 and Tier 4 costing 100. Once you have bonded with a spirit, you will be able to have 2 boons active at the same time.

How Do You Unlock Spirit Boons?

Just like all the other classes in Diablo 4, you will be able to make use of the Druid’s unique class mechanic once you have completed a specific quest. You will be granted this quest only once you have reached level 15 with them. For the Druid, this quest is Spirits of the Lost Grove.

Which Boon Should You Use?

Different Boons will work better with certain builds you aim for. The Deer will grant you Thorns, increase your maximum Spirit, reduce damage taken from Elite enemies, and reduce control effects. The Eagle will increase critical strike, maximum Life, attack speed, and crit damage. The snake will generate Overpower, grant life steal while shapeshifted, Deal lightning damage, and reduce your ultimate’s cooldown with Lucky Hits. The Wolf will give your cooldowns a chance to reset on critical strikes, restore Spirit on lucky hits, grants fortify, and will extend your Ultimate Skill duration.
