The Blood-Bathed Aspect is one of the most valuable aspects for the Necromancer class in Diablo 4, as it significantly improves its Blood Surge skill, which is the foundation of many Necromancer builds.

Luckily, there is a surefire way to obtain the Blood-Bathed Aspect (unlike some aspects that are random drops), and you don't need to get that far into the game to do so. You just need to find the right dungeon.

Where To Find The Blood-Bathed Aspect

Diablo 4 Hoarfrost Demise

The Blood-Bathed Aspect is obtained by completing the Hoarfrost Demise dungeon, which can be found to the approximate northeast of Kyovashad in Fractured Peaks, the game's opening city, as seen above. The dungeon can be immediately accessed, so all you need to do is get there.

How To Complete The Hoarfrost Demise Dungeon

Diablo 4 Blood-Bathed Construct 1

Hoarfrost Demise is pretty much your standard Diablo 4 dungeon fair. The first thing you have to do is destroy three Skeletal Constructs that are spread throughout the frozen cave.

Diablo 4 Blood-Bathed Construct 2

The constructs shoot out ghostly projectiles that home in on your character and deal a good amount of damage, all while large mobs continually spawn around them, so be sure to keep your eyes open and make good use of that Evade button.

Diablo 4 Blood-Bathed Construct 3

The locations of the three skeletal constructs are marked in the prior three images by the character icon. Once all constructs have been destroyed, head over to the location marked in the image below, where a previously closed gate will now be open, allowing you to fight the dungeon boss.

The boss in question is the Khazra Abomination. If this is the first time you've fought them, keep an eye out for its charging attack, as it's undoubtedly its fastest and most unpredictable move. It shoots out poison pools, usually in patterns of three. Do your best to have your evade available after the third wave of poison projectiles, as it's quite hard to dodge the charging attack without it.

Why Equip The Blood-Bathed Aspect

Diablo 4 Blood-Bathed Aspect Description

If you're running Blood Surge with your Necromancer, the Blood-Bathed aspect is a must, as it makes the Core skill hit twice as many times (albeit the second hit only deals 30% of the regular damage). Doing this allows your Blood Surge to build stacks of Overwhelming Blood faster, resulting in way more frequent Overpower hits.
