These Monster Parts will be used to upgrade potions in the game by visiting one of the many Alchemist NPCs you will encounter. You will need to craft and manage a lot of different components, such as potions and gems, if you want to effectively make your way through the game.

Where Do You Get Paletongues From

Diablo 4 Plaguetongue

Paletongues are said to be inside the mouths of evil humans, this means you won’t find it in the more beast-like abominations in the game and can expect it to drop from the more wicked humanoid ones. You can increase your odds by cranking up the world tier difficulty for a higher drop rate.

Where Can You Farm Paletongues

Diablo 4 Almunn Location

Super Unique Enemies do not respawn, meaning after fighting one that does drop Paletongues, you won’t be able to come back for more. However, there is an elite from whom you can farm Paletongues. As luck should have it, they are also the same enemy that you can farm other monster parts from as well. This enemy is named Almunn, and they can be found at the Dry Steppes Location along The Scarred Coast.
