Champion's Demise is another dungeon with a rare Aspect available in Diablo 4. The Aspect of the Umbral is one of the best in the game, and can be equipped by your character regardless of class.
This dungeon has some pretty tough enemies, so once you find it on the map, you'll want to be prepared for powerful elites. We will show you where the Champion's Demise is located, and what you'll need to do to get your rewards.
Where To Find Champion's Demise
To locate the Champion's Demise Dungeon, you'll want to head over to the western region of Dry Steppes. This area is incredibly big, however, so we will help you locate exactly where on the map you can find Champion's Demise.
In the city of Kyovashad, you'll want to head to the very southern tip of the Desolate Highlands area. Continue west, making your way into the Pallid Glade, and then further into The Accursed Wastes. You'll now be in the Dry Steppes region, and all you will need to do is continue west into the Untamed Scarps area. Here, you'll head down into a cave, The Barren Steeps, which will eventually lead you to Champion's Demise. You can use the images above as reference to better locate the dungeon, located deep within the caves.
How To Complete Champion's Demise
Champion's Demise has a relatively easy set of tasks to complete. You will need to:
- Return 3 Stone Carvings to the Pedestal
- Defeat 2 Cairn Defilers
- Defeat the Khazra Abomination
The first Stone Carving can be found directly south of the Pedestals in the center of the Dungeon. The second can be found north of the Pedestals at the very end of the hallway. Finally, the third and final Stone Carving will be in the area west of the Pedestals. The images above show the exact location of each Stone Carving, so you can easily acquire them.
Once you return them all to their spots, you'll then need to defeat 2 Cairn Defilers. It's best to use abilities that will cause damage over time. You'll also want to make sure to have a few defensive skills available to protect you from their powerful attacks.
Finally, you'll want to head into the last area to take on the boss, the Khazra Abomination. This enemy can be a bit fast and will use poison attacks on you, so you'll want to make sure to use skills that will allow you to dodge his attacks and have a shield to protect you. Once you finish him off, you'll successfully get the Aspect of the Umbral.
